100% Grass-fed & finished means the cattle come from ranches where they freely forage for food and thrive on the nutrients and minerals of the land.  You will want to choose grass-fed for its high levels of omega 3's, unsaturated fats and other health benefits.   This beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days which maximizes tenderness and intensifies its unique flavor.   All of our grass-fed beef is from local ranches and off the carcass.  

21 Day Aged Angus beef is grass-fed with a grain finish and is sure to please the palate as it provides a melt-in-your-mouth experience    Angus beef is known for its marbling and superb flavor.  Additionally, this beef is graded as Upper 2/3rds Choice which means it is just under Prime.  Take advantage of superior quality and flavor without an inflated price tag.   We offer it in Rib Eye, New York Strip, T-bone, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin and Brisket.  

Custom cuts of pork come from the whole animal provided by Beeler's Pure Pork.  We chose this pork for its reputation and family behind it.  Owners Tim and Julie Beeler from Iowa, have been growing Heritage Duroc pigs for generations.  Their family has made it a top priority to treat their pigs humanely and they value the process of getting quality pork to your table.

Fresh pork sausage is made weekly using our amazing recipes.   Our team mixes all seasonings and spices by hand into freshly ground pork then hand twists each flavor into links .  They also make patties and casing-less options for breakfast.  There are more than fifteen flavors to choose from.

Hickory Smoked Bacon and Ham are part of our weekly production.   We also make Smoked Sausage, Ham Hocks, Hot Dogs, Deli Ham, Roast Beef, Jerky, Guanciale (smoked jowl), Rashers and Peameal bacon.  All of these delicious items are made in house.   

AZ Ridgeview Farms in Paulden,  AZ  has been providing us with quality chicken for over 12 years.  You will love that it is free range and will rave to your friends about the quality and taste.  It is the real deal.

Whole, Fresh turkey is a once per year event.  Alex from AZ Ridgeview farms is growing them now for next year.  They are processed the day before he brings them to us.  Definitely the freshest turkey in town.

Frozen Duck, Goose, Quail, Pheasant and other poultry is provided as available.  

Ground Buffalo and Buffalo Patties are the most requested items.  We can also get buffalo steaks and roasts if their is enough demand.   Durham Ranch of Wyoming can be trusted to provide the best quality for Buffalo products.

Venison and Elk also comes from Durham ranch.   It comes in Ground product, steaks and medallions and is packaged 1 lb per package.
